We aim to make the payment process as secure and comfortable for our customers as possible and therefore offer a variety of payment methods.
Online - Our secure payment system enables you to pay by credit/debit card via Paypal or Protx in order to provide you maximum assurance as to the security offered by the security system.
Telephone - We can also accept payments by credit/debit cards over the telephone if you prefer that method of payment. Please make your selections from the website and then call our head office on 0845 250 5510 to place your order. All payments by this method will be processed through our in-gallery terminal.
Whenever you make a purchase using a credit/debit card we will make the maximum effort to ensure against misuse of your card and keep the risk of card fraud to a minimum. This will involve requesting your CVV security number on the reverse of the card and could entail further checks. If this occurs we ask that you understand our need to check out all transactions thoroughly.
By Direct Transfer - If you would like to make a payment directly into our bank account please contact the gallery in order to be given the account sort code and account number so you can make an online payment from your bank account.
By Post - We are happy to take orders for settlement by cheque or postal order. All payments made by this method need to be sent to the gallery at:

However, please be aware that orders settled by this method will be subject to delay as the goods will not be despatched until the funds have cleared.
