Deliveries within the UK mainland.
All deliveries up to the value of £75.00 will be subject to a delivery charge of £6.00.
All deliveries over £75.00 will be subject to a delivery charge of £10.00.
There is the option to pay extra for a guaranteed Next day Delivery or Saturday
Delivery if ordered before midday of the proceeding day.
How will the order be sent?
Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail, Recorded or Special First Class Delivery.
Larger items will be sent by courier. In most cases the item will have to be signed for
so please ensure when ordering that someone is available at the delivery address to
receive the goods.
When will I receive my order?
Stock Items - are normally shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Some
delays may occur during busier periods, such as Christmas. If the product is out of stock
you will be contacted and offered an alternative wherever possible.
Personalised Products - are usually despatched within 7-10 working days.
Bespoke Framed Items - If you have selected something from our bespoke range
and/or require personalised plaques your order will be despatched as soon as
possible. If you have a specific date to meet please advise us at time of ordering.
What if I am ordering from outside the UK mainland?
Northern Ireland - Channel Islands - Remote parts of Scotland:
There are no additional charges for items sent by Royal Mail. larger items sent by
courier will incur an additional charge.
Europe and Rest of the World:
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Swift Air or Courier. Timescales vary depending on
location, but it is usually 3-10 days. The delivery charge will be quoted at time of ordering.
Please note that for orders leaving the UK, the buyer is responsible for any import
duties /taxes that may be levied on the goods at point of entry into the destination
country. Colour of Sport accepts no responsibility for this and by placing an order
you accept these terms and conditions.
What if my order is damaged?
Any damages must be reported to Colour of Sport within 24 hours by email.
